Join celebrity Chinese chef Kent Lee and dim sum master Michael Pien, for an authentic Cantonese dim sum making experience. The chef’s from soon to be opened Cantonese restaurant Mei 13 in Colaba will conduct an exclusive dim sum masterclass for Inchin Closer students ONLY.
Participants will learn about the different types of dumplings; their significance and how to wrap 2 types of Vegetarian and 2 types of non-vegetarian dumplings at the city’s best kitchen restaurant Magazine Street Kitchen in Byculla East.
There will be a dumpling tasting session post the workshop.
Since the chef only speaks Mandarin; the workshop will be conducted exclusively in Mandarin and is open only to Inchin Closer students and those that have already learnt the language.
